After Kendall Jenner’s disastrous partnership with all-American soft drink brand Pepsi, the socialite is now in even more hot water over the botched release of those homage T-shirts released alongside her sister Kylie Jenner.

Photographer Michael Miller filed a complaint against both Jenner sisters, claiming they “misappropriated and wrongfully exploited at least two original photographs of late hip-hop artist Tupac Shakur, slapping the iconic photographs on garments and overlaying them with dubious imagery and text,” Billboard states.

Tupac’s image wasn’t the only to be used by the Jenners, as vintage imagery from other musicians like Biggie Smalls, The Doors, Led Zeppelin and Metallica also featured on the failed merchandise release.

Naturally, photographer Michael Miller is seeking compensation in an amount up to $150,000 per copyrighted image, alleging that he is entitled to a portion of the defendant’s profits. Check out some side-by-side comparisons below, courtesy of The Fashion Law.

Stay posted for more updates as they arrive.
