Back in July of last year, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were sued by photographer Michael Miller after they used images of Tupac on a line of Kendall + Kylie T-shirts. Miller insisted the sisters “misappropriated and wrongfully exploited at least two original photographs of late hip-hop artist Tupac Shakur, slapping the iconic photographs on garments and overlaying them with dubious imagery and text,” Billboard reported. Now, according to Business of Fashion, the suit has been dropped.
A document was filed in federal court just yesterday, stating that both parties aim to have the lawsuit against Kendall + Kylie dismissed, as each will pay their respective legal fees. As it stands, however, no financial settlement was detailed.
